Established in 1957, this family owned chain of sweets and savouries brand is known for its honest service, dependable quality and authentic taste of traditional sweets from across the country. Over the years, it has become the preferred mithai destination during festivals and celebrations.

The Challenge

In 2015, the brand launched a website and mobile app to home-deliver sweets and savouries to customers from the stores. But the total customer base through the app and website platform was growing at less than 3% per month and there was no signifiant increase in daily orders.

 

Our Approach

Keeping the nature of the business and its chain of stores across Bangalore in consideration, TeamSuccesso implemented hyperlocal Facebook campaigns to improve brand awareness, website traffic and app downloads. Through a combination of exciting contests, engaging posts, contextual targeting and remarking strategies, we were able to increase online orders and expand the customer base.
