A premium furniture retailer specializing in quality teak wood and wooden furniture, operating two showroom locations — one in Kochi (Kerala) and one in Bangalore (Karnataka). Both locations offer a complete range of furniture including sofa sets, teak wood furniture, and wooden furniture for residential and commercial customers.

When the engagement began in November 2025, the Bangalore showroom had zero digital footprint, while the Kochi showroom had an underperforming Google Business Profile with limited visibility and low local discovery.

The challenge was building strong local visibility in a highly competitive furniture market dominated by established local brands — while creating a scalable local SEO and Google Business Profile strategy capable of driving showroom visits, direction requests, and high-intent customer inquiries.

The Bangalore showroom was a brand-new location with zero Google Business Profile history, no reviews, and no established local authority. The surrounding market was highly competitive, with established furniture retailers dominating local search rankings and the Google local pack for years.
